H-1B visa ban for bailed-out US firms irrational: Montek
Dr.C.S.RANGARAJAN,U.S.A.,says:Under $787 billion bail out economic package offered by President Barack, companies accepting the offer are said to be precluded from employing H-1B Visa holders. Though the reasons for near economic bankruptcy of such companies are not known, probibition of H-1B visa holders as a condition precedent will end up in 'intellectual bankruptcy' as years roll around and create a 'vicious circle' thereby creating yet another economic predicament for the recipients of economic aid with a rider.
